• Check-in is available from 4p - 9p. Guests arriving after 9p should contact the hotel in advance.
• Check-out is at 11a.
• Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge. Early check-ins are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Room type and other requests are noted but not guaranteed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room. Guests name on Valid State or Federal issued identification is required to match name under reservations upon check-in.
• Children under the age of 16 may not be left unattended in a hotel room.
• The hotel offers complimentary in-room safes in each guest room but is not responsible for any item placed in the safe.
• Vehicles should be locked and parked in designated areas. Property management assumes no responsibility for theft, fire, or other damage that may occur to vehicles.
• One dog is allowed in dog-friendly rooms, except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please see below for dog-friendly policies.
• The hotel reserves the right to enter and visually inspect all guestrooms, even when the REST/Do Not Disturb sign is displayed, to ensure the well-being of our guests and to confirm the condition of the room.
• A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if smoking is detected in any room.
• No one under the age of eighteen, unless accompanied by an adult, is permitted in the spa, fitness center or pool area.
• No one under the age of twenty-one is permitted in the pool area after 7p.
• By booking this reservation, I understand and agree that I assume the risk of any injury or medical condition that may result in or be aggravated from my use of the fitness center and/or pool. I hereby release and discharge Ameristar Black Hawk, Penn Entertainment, Inc. and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries and landlords (collectively “Penn”), from all liabilities, charges, complaints, claims, grievances, obligations, promises, damages, actions, causes of action including but not limited to negligence, suits, rights, demands, costs, losses, penalties, fees, expenses and the like, known or unknown, which I have, or may have, against Penn, for any acts or omissions related to or arising from my use of the fitness center and/or pool. I understand and agree that this release shall also apply to any individual for whom I have a legal or other responsibility for who may utilize the fitness center and/or pool.
• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides California consumers with certain rights concerning the collection, use, sharing and sale of their personal information. The CCPA also provides California consumers with the right to access and delete their personal information, subject to certain limitations. Ameristar Black Hawk respects the privacy rights of our customers and has adopted practices and policies to comply with the CCPA. • A $10 reservation service fee applies to bookings made via phone at our Call Center or in person at the front desk. Owners Club and Elite members are exempt from this fee. This reservation fee may be settled using cash, credit, debit, or comps. The reservation fee does not apply to reservations that are booked directly online. This offer is not valid for self-exclusion program enrollers in jurisdictions which PENN Entertainment, Inc operates or who have been otherwise excluded from the participating property.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation.
• For standard reservations, one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
• For PENN Play complimentary reservations, $50 plus tax will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
• For standard reservations, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged for all reservations that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to 4p on date of arrival.
• For PENN Play complimentary reservations, a cancellation fee of $50 plus tax will be charged for all midweek reservations (Sunday through Thursday) and/or a cancellation fee of $70 plus tax will be charged for all weekend reservations (Friday and Saturday) that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to 4p on date of arrival.
• A reservation will be considered a no-show reservation if not checked in by 9p local time on the scheduled arrival date or the property has not been contacted in advance to confirm a late arrival. In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit or debit card on file.
• A refundable deposit of $50 is required at check-in for all reservations.
• A valid credit or debit card in the name of the guest on the reservation must be presented at time of check-in along with a valid State or Federal issued identification or check-in will not be permitted.
• Personal checks or pre-paid cards are not accepted for check-in.
• A hold will be placed on the credit or debit card account on file for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, plus estimated incidentals, through the check-out date, and such hold may not be released until after the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of said card issuer.
• Secondary guests on the reservation will not be allowed to check in to the guestroom until the guest who made the reservation has checked in.
• If an official check-out is not completed at the time of departure, or if charges are incurred after check-out, or if items are found missing from the guestroom, the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit or debit card on file. The reservation holder remains responsible until the balance is paid in full.
• Any costs resulting from damage to the room or its furnishings, or from damage caused on the premises by a hotel guest, may be charged to the credit or debit card used for payment.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if there is evidence of fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
• Occupancy and Sales Taxes: 18.9 % per room per night.
• Room deposit: $50.00 per stay/reservation.
• The amounts listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during a stay.
• A resort and/or amenity fee of $25.00 tax included will be charged per night as summarized on the reservation cost details. For a list of amenities included in the resort/amenity fee, please refer to our website.
• The Best Rate Guarantee applies exclusively to rates that are available to the public and bookable online.
• Best Rate claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking the lower rate and at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• PENN Entertainment must be able to verify the rate in question is still bookable at the time the Best Rate claim is made and that it qualifies under the Best Rate Guarantee terms & conditions.
• Guests are solely responsible for cancelling any third-party reservation, regardless of whether the Best Rate Guarantee claim is approved.
• PENN Entertainment and its subsidiaries are not liable for any fees or costs associated with such cancellations.
• The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
o Claims submitted more than 24 hours after booking a lower rate.
o Reservations made within 48 hours of the hotel’s check-in time on the arrival date.
o Discounted or negotiated rates not available to the public, including but not limited to: membership rates (club, group, or organization), group and corporate rates, government and military rates, casino or employee rates, hotel package rates, and unpublished or private rates.
o Prepaid rates that require a voucher or other type of certificate for redemption; and
o Non-refundable rates from third party or auction websites.
• The comparison rate must be for an identical itinerary, including stay dates, room and bed type, number of guests, and any other applicable rate terms, policies, or restrictions.
• For consecutive multiple night stays, the Best Rate Guarantee is based on the nightly room rate, not the average rate over the entire stay.
• Only one (1) claim may be submitted per stay. A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights at the same hotel by the same guest on one (1) reservation. The name on the claim form must match the name on the reservation.
• All Best Rate Guarantee request claims are subject to review and validation by PENN Entertainment, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries.
• PENN Entertainment reserves the right to deny a Best Rate Guarantee request claim at its sole discretion.
• The Best Rate Guarantee program may be suspended during outages or technical issues affecting the website or reservation systems.
• PENN Entertainment and its subsidiaries reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Best Rate Guarantee program at any time without prior notice.

- • Maximum of one (1) dog per room.
- • Only small to medium-large size dogs allowed.
- • Dog deposit: $100 (refundable).
- • Dogs must always be on a leash while on property and in public.
- • Dogs may not be left unattended unless securely kenneled.
- • For everyone’s comfort, quiet hours are between 9p and 9a.
- • Dogs are not permitted in pool, spa, gym, or restaurants.

• Guests must properly clean up after dogs in all relief areas.
- • A designated dog relief area is conveniently located on Richman Street, just across from the side entrance of the casino.
- • To maintain room quality for all guests, an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be applied for any pet waste not properly disposed of or for any room damage.
